London Heathrow International Airport Extra Traveller Facilities

Airline Lounges

Airline departure lounges are located in Terminals 1, 2 and 4, after security.

Tourist Information

The Hotel and Traveller centre is located in Terminal 3 Arrivals area. This centre offers visitor information, London Underground tickets and hotel accommodation.

There are bus, coach and rail information desks at Terminals 1 and 3, and a bus and coach information desk outside Terminal 4 Arrivals.

Medical Facilities

The Heathrow Health Centre is located on the ground floor of the Queens Building (between Terminals 1 and 2). Boots the Chemist is located before and after security control in each terminal.

Facilities for the Physically Challenged

The Heathrow Airport (LHR) terminals features facilities such as induction loops, wheelchair accessible telephones and text phones for the hard of hearing and reserved seating areas, which are identified by the use of special needs pictograms. A unisex accessible toilet is located near most toilet blocks. A help bus offering free wheelchair accessible services to passengers with reduced mobility operates between all terminals and the central bus station.
